Reset Your Password
If you are having trouble logging into your ProPay Account you may reset your password.
Note: If you have been locked out due to five unsuccessful login attempts or are experiencing trouble with resetting your password, please contact Customer Service at 866.573.0951.
Step 1
Try logging into your ProPay Account by going to www.propay.com. Enter your e-mail address and click continue.
Step 2
You may be asked to answer your challenge questions, and enter in the CAPTCHA image. When prompted to enter your password, click on the link forgot password.

Step 3
Answer the two challenge questions that appear.

Step 4
Depending on if your computer is recognized, we will either send you an e-mail with a temporary password or you will be prompted to set up a new password.
